Jay Shah, the respected Secretary of the BCCI, has announced that the new National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru has been almost completed and will be open for the cricketers to train.

The new NCA is equipped with a remarkable range of top-tier infrastructure, aimed at creating an optimal environment for cricketers to refine their abilities. 

The facility will include three international-grade playing fields, along with 45 practice pitches. It will also offer indoor cricket pitches, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, and advanced training, recovery, and sports science amenities.

Taking to X, here’s what Jay Shah wrote:

“Very excited to announce that the @BCCI’s new National Cricket Academy (NCA) is almost complete and will be opening shortly in Bengaluru. The new NCA will feature three world-class playing grounds, 45 practice pitches, indoor cricket pitches, Olympic-size swimming pool and state-of-the-art training, recovery and sports science facilities. This initiative will help our nation’s current and future cricketers develop their skills in the best possible environment!”
