The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) has a huge global fan base, and Sri Lanka is no different, with RCB chants heard even after India’s disappointing loss to Sri Lanka in the three-match ODI series. 

In a viral video on social media, Team India was spotted boarding the bus after their 110-run loss to Sri Lanka in the third ODI, when RCB chants began.  

Virat Kohli, the RCB legend with a huge global following, was the target of the chants. Fans also shouted ‘King’ Kohli as the former Indian captain was spotted boarding the bus.

India Suffers Series Defeat Against Sri Lanka

In the series, the Indian cricket team, captained by Suryakumar Yadav, achieved a clean sweep over Sri Lanka in the three-match T20 series but unexpectedly lost the three-match ODI series under Rohit Sharma. 

The first match between the two teams ended in a tie, while Sri Lanka won the remaining two games convincingly. Aside from Indian captain Rohit Sharma, the rest of the Indian batters struggled significantly against Sri Lanka’s spin attack.
