Virat Kohli stands out as one of the most fit and exceptional players in world cricket history. At 35, he continues to excel, with his performance aging like a fine wine.

The Delhi batting star has been part of the cricket scene for over a decade and has continuously improved over time. A key factor behind his success is his rigorous diet and workout regimen.

This commitment is a key reason Virat Kohli still performs at his best in the Indian Premier League for RCB. Even though RCB has yet to win a trophy and their cabinet remains empty, Kohli has consistently been the team’s backbone.

Since the inception of RCB, Virat Kohli has remained with the team and has never moved to another franchise. Moreover, Royal Challengers Bengaluru has also kept him on their roster, never releasing him at auction to allow other teams to bid.

However, there is much speculation about how much Virat Kohli would get if he ever entered the IPL auction. Recently, IPL auctioneer Hugh Edmeades suggested that Kohli could easily fetch around INR 30 crores.

“Virat Kohli could easily get 30 Crores if he enters the IPL auction,” IPL Auctioneer Hugh Edmeades told Arvind Krishna.

Notably, Virat Kohli is expected to be retained by Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) for the IPL 2025 mega auction, with his current salary being INR 17 Crore per season.
