Babar Azam’s dry spell for a Test half-century continues, as he fell for 11 runs off 18 balls during the second innings of the ongoing second Test between Pakistan and Bangladesh at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. 

Babar Azam last scored a half-century in 2022, and since then, he has struggled to turn his starts into significant scores. Currently, he is experiencing a rough patch in his form. 

Although he has made a start in several innings, Babar Azam has failed to convert these into big scores. Once again, when the team needed him most, he couldn’t deliver with the bat. 

Earlier in the first innings, Babar Azam could only score 31 runs from 77 balls as Pakistan posted a total of 274 all out. Bangladesh responded with 262 runs. After Babar Azam’s poor show, social media once again erupted with memes.
