The hard-hitting batter of Australia, Travis Head, has scored the joint-fastest T20I half-century for his side. He put on a stellar performance against Scotland, scoring 80 runs from just 25 balls and reaching his fifty in just 17 balls in the 6th over.

Apart from it, Chasing 155 at Grange Cricket Club, Edinburgh, Australia cricket team set a new record with the highest score in the powerplay overs in T20I history (by a full member team). They scored 113 for the loss of one wicket in powerplay.

Travis Head Destroyed Scotland Bowling 

It was a complete destruction by Travis Head, who tore into the bowlers. After Australia began at 5/1 following the first over, Head hit three boundaries in the 2nd over and then went on to score 73 runs in the powerplay.

In his explosive innings of 80, Head smashed 12 fours and five sixes at a strike rate of 320. He put up a 113-run partnership for the 2nd wicket with Mitchell Marsh, who was dismissed right after the powerplay. Mark Watt claimed both Marsh and Head.
