Hobart Hurricanes opener Mitchell Owen delivered an explosive start to the team’s run chase with three back-to-back sixes off Jamie Overton during their Big Bash League (BBL) 2024-25 match. The powerful shots left the crowd in awe, showcasing his explosive form.

The breathtaking sequence took place during the 4th over of the run chase. Owen was in top gear, hitting three massive sixes on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th balls of the over. The first six soared 104 meters, while the second one was an absolute monster, flying 111 meters over the roof of Ninja Stadium. The third six was also impressive, traveling 83 meters.
