In the 7th match of the ILT20 2025 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Desert Vipers clinched a 5-wicket victory over MI Emirates with just five balls to spare. MI Emirates, after opting to bat first, set a target of 160 runs, but the Vipers chased it down with ease, thanks to Fakhar Zaman’s superb knock.

MI Emirates Struggle for Big Partnerships
MI Emirates scored 159 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in their 20 overs. Kusal Perera played a steady innings of 33 runs from 29 balls, while skipper Kieron Pollard smashed a quickfire 36 off 23 balls, including three sixes.
