On January 30, Khulna Tigers put up a strong performance against Rangpur Riders, scoring 220 for 4 in a must-win match at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium. The star of the show was Mohammad Naim, who played a brilliant unbeaten century, leading his team to a big total.

After winning the toss, Khulna decided to bat first. Openers Mehidy Hasan Miraz and Naim Sheikh gave a quick start, adding 32 runs. However, Miraz was dismissed for 21 off 12 balls. Alex Ross, coming in at number three, couldn’t make much impact and was out for 12 off 14 balls.
Despite losing wickets, Naim kept the momentum going. He reached his fifty off just 33 balls. Naim got solid support from William Bosisto, who scored 36 from 21 balls before being dismissed. Naim’s aggressive play continued, and he reached his century in just 55 balls.
In the last few overs, Mahidul Islam Ankon added 29 off 15 balls, helping Khulna get a big total. Naim remained unbeaten, finishing with 111 runs from 62 balls. His brilliant performance helped Khulna finish at 220 for 4.
For Rangpur Riders, Akif Javed, Mohammad Saifuddin, and Sheikh Mahedi each took one wicket, but they couldn’t stop Naim’s powerful innings.
