England fast bowler Saqib Mahmood delivered a game-changing over in the fourth T20 International against India at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune. He bowled a triple wicket maiden in his first over, putting India on the back foot early in the match.
Saqib Mahmood Destroys India’s Top Order
In his second over, Mahmood dismissed Sanju Samson, who managed to score just one run before getting out. On the very next ball, Tilak Varma was dismissed for a golden duck. He then removed India’s captain, Suryakumar Yadav, who struggled again and got out for a four-ball duck.
Suryakumar Yadav has had a tough series so far. In four innings, he has scored just 12 and 14 runs in two matches, while getting out for ducks in the other two. Sanju Samson has also not been in great form throughout the series.
