Virat Kohli’s fitness has always been a benchmark for young and aspiring cricketers. The former Indian captain once again showcased his dedication to fitness during a practice session in Nagpur ahead of the ODI series against England.

A few pictures of Kohli displaying his chiseled abs have gone viral on social media, with fans in awe of his commitment to staying in peak physical shape. In one of the pictures, Kohli can be seen ripping apart the sleeves of his practice jersey to flaunt his biceps and well-toned body, leaving fans buzzing.

Training Hard for England ODIs

Kohli has rejoined the Indian squad for the three-match ODI series against England, which starts on February 6 in Nagpur. These games will serve as crucial preparation for the Champions Trophy 2025, set to begin on February 19 with eight teams competing for the title.

Kohli is also on the verge of achieving another milestone. He needs just 96 more runs to become the third batter in ODI history to reach 14,000 runs. Only Sachin Tendulkar and Kumar Sangakkara have crossed this landmark, but Kohli has the chance to become the fastest to achieve it.

Looking for a Strong Comeback

Kohli last played competitive cricket in the Ranji Trophy, where he featured for Delhi after 12 years. The match against Railways at the Arun Jaitley Stadium saw massive crowds turn up to watch him, but he could only manage six runs.

The star batter also had a challenging Test series in Australia, making this ODI series an opportunity for him to bounce back in form. With his fitness and hunger intact, fans will be expecting Kohli to deliver another masterclass in the 50-over format.
