Rohit Sharma’s Struggles Continue

This was Rohit’s first international appearance since the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Australia, where he had a disappointing run. The Indian skipper scored just 31 runs in five innings and eventually dropped himself for the final Test as India lost the series 1-3. He then played for Mumbai in the Ranji Trophy but failed to make an impact, struggling in the loss to Jammu and Kashmir.

In the sixth over, he tried to flick a delivery from Mahmood but ended up hitting it straight to Liam Livingstone.
