UP Warriorz all-rounder Chinelle Henry created history on Saturday as she smashed a blistering 18-ball half-century against Delhi Capitals at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. With this knock, she equaled the record for the fastest fifty in Women’s Premier League (WPL) history.

Henry’s explosive batting helped UP Warriorz post a competitive total of 177 after struggling for momentum earlier in the innings. She matched Sophia Dunkley’s 18-ball fifty, which the England batter had scored for Gujarat Giants against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the 2023 season.
