Chasing a target of 242, India got off to a solid start, but it was Shubman Gill who stole the show with his elegant strokeplay. In the seventh over, facing Pakistan’s pace spearhead Shaheen Afridi, Gill played a breathtaking straight drive that reminded fans of Sachin Tendulkar’s iconic shot.
