IPL 2025: Ruturaj Gaikwad Warns Virat Kohli and Others Against Sledging CSK Players

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain Ruturaj Gaikwad has made it clear that he will not tolerate anyone sledging his teammates. The young captain said that while he prefers to stay quiet when sledged personally, he will not hold back if his players are targeted.

Ruturaj’s Strong Stand on Sledging

“If someone sledges me, I am more than happy to not say anything,” Gaikwad said. “But if I am the captain and someone sledges my teammates, then I am not somebody who can hold back.”

His words show his strong leadership and his commitment to protecting his team.

CSK Gearing Up for IPL 2025

Ruturaj Gaikwad has already joined the CSK camp in Chennai and started training for the IPL 2025 season. Many other players, including former captain MS Dhoni, have also arrived.

Dhoni stepped down from captaincy before IPL 2024, and Gaikwad took over the role. However, CSK failed to qualify for the playoffs last season. This time, Ruturaj will aim to lead the team to their sixth IPL title.

With Gaikwad as captain, CSK fans will hope for a strong performance in IPL 2025.
