India defeated New Zealand by four wickets in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 final, held on Sunday, March 9, in Dubai. With this victory, India secured its third Champions Trophy title, adding to its previous wins in 2002 (shared) and 2013.

As champions, India will receive a prize of ₹20 crore, while runners-up New Zealand will take home ₹12 crore. Semi-finalists Australia and South Africa will be awarded approximately ₹4.88 crore each.

The fifth and sixth-placed teams will earn around ₹3.05 crore each, while the seventh and eighth-placed teams will receive approximately ₹1.22 crore. Every participating team is set to get ₹1.09 crore as a reward. Additionally, teams earned ₹29.6 lakh for each group-stage win.
