All teams are preparing for their opening matches. However, Lucknow Super Giants are facing a big problem. Three of their main fast bowlers—Mohsin Khan, Mayank Yadav, and Akash Deep—are injured.

Taskin Ahmed to Join LSG?

Lucknow Super Giants already have Shardul Thakur and Shivam Mavi in their squad. If any player is ruled out, they can bring them in. However, reports suggest that the team has also contacted Bangladesh fast bowler Taskin Ahmed. Taskin himself has confirmed this news.

Now, everything depends on the Bangladesh Cricket Board. If they allow him to play, Taskin will join the Lucknow team. If this happens, he will be the first Bangladesh player to play in IPL 2025.

LSG’s First Match

Lucknow Super Giants will play their first match against Delhi Capitals on March 24 in Vizag. Fans are eager to see who will replace the injured players in the squad.
