Miyapur Police urge Court to name Betting App Management as prime accused

Miyapur police have requested the court to add the management teams of 19 illegal betting apps and casino websites as prime accused. This request is part of an ongoing investigation into unlawful online gambling platforms.

According to a tweet by Coreena Enet Suares, the named platforms include Jungleerummy.com, Yolo247.com, Fairplay.live, JeetWin, Vlbook.com, Taj77, Vvbbok, Dhanibook365, Mama247.co, 1www.telugu365.in, Yes365, Vvbook.com, 1Jai365.com, Jet X, Pari Match, Andhra365, and Taj777book.com.

The police have urged the court to officially recognize the management teams of these platforms as the primary accused in the case. Authorities believe that legal action against these entities is necessary to curb the growing influence of illegal betting networks.

The crackdown on illegal betting apps has intensified in recent months. Hyderabad police had earlier registered a case against 25 individuals, including actors Rana Daggubati, Vijay Deverakonda, and Prakash Raj, for allegedly endorsing illegal betting apps. Law enforcement officials claim that such promotions contribute to the rise of unlawful gambling activities, leading to financial losses for users.

Additionally, authorities are working on tracking financial transactions linked to these betting platforms. Several regulatory bodies have also been involved in monitoring the activities of these illegal gambling networks. Law enforcement agencies have been collaborating with cybercrime units to identify and shut down unauthorized betting operations.

The court’s decision on the police request will play a crucial role in determining further legal actions. Authorities are committed to taking stringent measures to prevent illegal gambling activities and hold those involved accountable.
