iQOO has unveiled its jury panel for the second edition of its Chief Gaming Officer (CGO) selection, bringing together renowned personalities from gaming and entertainment. The smartphone brand has also extended the application deadline to April 10, 2025, giving more aspiring gamers the chance to compete for the role and a reward of ₹10 Lakh/-.
The jury panel features Roadies fame Rannvijay Singha, along with leading gaming influencers Animesh Agarwal, popularly known as 8Bit Thug, and Payal Dhare, widely recognized as Payal Gaming. They will assess candidates on gaming expertise, industry knowledge, and their ability to contribute to iQOO’s gaming vision. The selected CGO will work closely with iQOO’s leadership and top gaming influencers to drive innovation in mobile gaming.
The selection process includes five elimination rounds: Registration Form, Detailed Entry Submission, Gaming Round, Group Discussion, and a Final Audition with the jury and iQOO’s leadership team. Thousands of applications were received during the inaugural edition, making this a highly competitive opportunity for gaming enthusiasts.
Rannvijay Singha, an actor, VJ, and gaming enthusiast, expressed his enthusiasm about returning as a jury member. He stated, “Returning as a jury member for iQOO’s CGO Hunt is like stepping into yet another thrilling gaming adventure with GenZ gamers. Having witnessed their passion, dedication, and competitive spirit last time, I’m excited to see them raise the bar even higher.”
Animesh Agarwal, co-founder of 8Bit Creatives, emphasized the importance of this initiative in the gaming industry. With the extended deadline, more gaming enthusiasts now have the chance to compete for the title and the opportunity to earn ₹10 Lakh.
