HP launches new Omen and Victus series gaming laptops: All you need to know

HP has launched new Omen and Victus gaming laptops along with restocking some more budget gaming laptop options for gamers.
The new Omen Transcend Laptop 16 features 13th Gen Intel Core i7 processor paired with an NVIDIA RTX 4070 Laptop GPU with 8 GB VRAM which can easily cap out the 2560 x 1600 240 Hz anti-glare IPS display.
The laptop also comes with 16 GB DDR5 RAM and one terabyte of SSD storage for faster workflow and game load time. The keyboard is fully backlit by RGB which can be customized using the Omen Gaming Hub.
Currently, the latest release is on pre-order, but there are other variants of the laptop that are available to select from featuring AMD processors, lower refresh rate with other RTX 40 series graphics card.
A generation older version of Omen gaming laptop 16-k0370TX is currently on sale here for Rs 1,69,490, much cheaper than what it is available for on the HP store (Rs 1,84,199). The laptop features 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor with an RTX 3070Ti.
The Victus series is another lineup of popular gaming laptops by HP and caters to budget-minded gamers. The restocking includes Victus gaming laptop 15-fa1064TX and its counterparts with 13th Gen Intel Core i7 processor with an NVIDIA RTX 4050 graphics card.
It also comes with 16 GB RAM but this time it is DDR4. Since the laptop falls in the budget gaming range, the storage is only 512 GB on SSD. Despite that, it performs really well and can easily run the latest games using DLSS 3.
The laptop is currently available for Rs 1,14,990 on the official HP store. Players looking for an alternative older gen option that is within their budget can check out Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0555TX with 12th Gen Intel Core i5 processor paired with RTX 3050 graphics for Rs 71,990 here.
