Suryakumar Yadav, the Indian captain, received the Man of the Match award following India’s 43-run victory over Sri Lanka in the opening T20I match of the series on Saturday, July 27.

Suryakumar Yadav scored 58 runs off just 26 deliveries, hitting eight boundaries and two sixes. He picked up the momentum from Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill, who had provided an excellent start for the team.
