Former Indian cricketer Suresh Raina has been appointed as the brand ambassador for the UPT20 League’s second season, set to start on 25th August.

All the league stage matches of the UPT20 League 2024, including the playoffs, will be played at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium. 

A total of six teams will compete in the tournament for the coveted trophy. Kashi Rudras won the inaugural season of the tournament by 26 runs against Noida Super Kings under the leadership of Karan Sharma.

Ahead of the 2024 edition of the tournament, an auction was held where all six teams secured some star players, assembling strong squads. The highlight of the auction was fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who became the highest-paid player in the league. 

Bhuvneshwar Kumar will be playing for the Lucknow Falcons and will be eager to give his best to help the team achieve glory this year. However, the competition will be tough, as the other teams also have strong players.
