Babar Azam‘s struggles in red-ball cricket continues as the former Pakistan captain couldn’t capitalize on his start in the first innings of the second Test against Bangladesh at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

He managed 31 runs from 77 balls before being dismissed by experienced left-arm spinner Shakib Al Hasan on Day 2 of the Test. Babar’s innings ended in the 54th over when he was trapped leg before wicket by a delivery that stayed slightly low.

Here, it’s important to mention that Babar didn’t perform well in the first Test either, with scores of 0 and 22. The hosts experienced their first Test defeat against Bangladesh, losing by 10 wickets. Babar Azam’s form is a massive concern for the Men in Green.
