With this achievement, Kohli now stands behind Sachin Tendulkar (15,921), Rahul Dravid (13,288), and Sunil Gavaskar (10,122) on India’s all-time Test run list. He batted at No.3 in both innings of the Test, filling in for Shubman Gill, who missed the match due to a neck injury. While Kohli fell for a duck in the first innings, the former skipper came back determined in the second, looking to stabilize India’s batting.
