The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced India’s squad for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. Chief selector Ajit Agarkar and captain Rohit Sharma finalized the squad after a meeting at the Wankhede Stadium.
Rohit Sharma will continue to lead the Indian team, while Jasprit Bumrah has been named as the vice-captain. This will be India’s first ICC Champions Trophy in eight years, and all their matches will be played in Dubai. Due to political issues, India will not travel to Pakistan, the official host for the tournament.
