Bengaluru-based mobile game publisher Felicity Games has secured $3 million (₹25.8 Cr) in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital. Other participants include T-Accelerate Capital, MIXI Global Investments, DeVC, and Visceral Capital.
According to Entrackr, the fresh capital will be used to expand Felicity’s publishing infrastructure, strengthen its gaming titles, and test new games planned for 2025. The startup also aims to deepen its relationships with game developers and studios in India.
Founded in 2023 by Anurag Choudhary, Felicity Games is a mobile game publishing platform specializing in hybrid-casual games. It provides game developers with data-driven insights, technology, and publishing support to help them launch and scale their games globally.
Some of its popular titles include Seek & Find, Classic Solitaire, Cup Quest, and Care Town. The company claims to have surpassed $1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and recently crossed 1 million downloads for its top-performing games.
“By tapping into India’s studio ecosystem and top global talent in UA (user acquisition), monetisation, and live ops, we’re accelerating learning and innovation. This fundraise fuels our mission to double down on innovation, partnerships, and growth,” said Anurag Choudhary, Founder of Felicity Games.
The startup had previously raised $700K in a pre-seed funding round from its existing investors in December 2023.
The investment comes at a time when India’s gaming sector is witnessing significant growth. According to PwC, the country’s online gaming industry is projected to reach ₹66,000 Cr by 2028. India currently has over 435 million online gamers, making it one of the world’s largest gaming markets.
Felicity Games competes with global gaming giants such as Voodoo, Homa, Rollic, and Supercent. With its focus on data-driven publishing and a strong execution model, the startup aims to bridge the gap in the mobile gaming ecosystem and establish itself as a leader in the industry.
