Why is Deandra Dottin Not Playing?

Gujarat Giants’ captain, Ashleigh Gardner, won the toss and decided to bowl first. She revealed that Deandra Dottin got injured just minutes before the toss during the pre-match warm-up session. Because of this, Gujarat Giants had to bring in Danielle Gibson as a replacement.

Mumbai Indians Also Made a Change

Mumbai Indians also made one change to their playing XI. They replaced young spinner Parunika Sisodia with the experienced left-arm spinner Saika Ishaque. This change will help them strengthen their bowling attack.
