Royal Challengers Bengaluru have won only 2 matches this year out of 9 matches; they won their last match against Sunrisers Hyderabad by 35 runs.

Azmatullah Omarzai to be Dropped

Omarzai, who is not able to take wickets with the new ball and has struggled with the bat too, is expected to be dropped in favor of Spencer Johnson or Joshua Little.

GT will be tempted to give Little his first match of the season; Johnson didn’t find success in the 5 matches that he played.

Sandeep Warrier Shines for GT

Warrier took away the top order of DC in the last match; he picked up the wickets of Prithvi Shaw, Jake Fraser-McGurk, and Shai Hope.

Warrier came into the GT team as a replacement for Shami who was ruled out of the tournament due to his surgery.

Sushant Mishra or Kartik Tyagi could get a Game

GT can think about trying out the left-arm pacer Sushant Mishra instead of Mohit Sharma, who is not looking in good form with the ball.
