The 34th Match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 will be played against Lucknow Super Giants and Chennai Super Kings. The match is scheduled on 19th April at Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow 

So far in the tournament, the Super Giants have won three matches while losing three. They are presently ranked fifth in the points table. Thus, the Giants hope to regain their winning momentum.

In contrast, the Super Kings have won four and lost two matches thus far. They are presently ranked fourth in the points table. Thus, the Super Kings hope to maintain their winning streak. This will be a significant game for both sides in terms of the future of the tournament.

LSG would be hoping that their star bowlers recover in due time as injuries have been a big concern for the overall planning and structure of the team. 

CSK won the last game at MI ‘s home and thus five-time champions will be confident to come up with a similar performance in the upcoming clash and continue their winning momentum.

It will be an interesting clash as the pitch here will be suited to both the teams carrying good attack for spin bowling

KL 5 catches shy of  50 dismissals 

Lucknow Super Giants Skipper KL Rahul has improved his wicket keeping considerably well in this season . He is all set to reach a milestone but this time it’s not with his bat, KL Rahul (47) needs three more catches to reach 50 catches as a wicketkeeper in IPL.

West Indies T20 captain and LSG’s power hitter Nicholas Pooran is all set to reach 1500 IPL runs. He made his IPL debut in 2019 and his IPL journey is a roller coaster one. Nicholas Pooran (1493) needs seven runs to complete 1500 runs in the IPL.

LSG and CSK both have been successful in defending low targets and toss will be a crucial factor that may decide the game.
